But because of the limited number of natural suede.

Suede is more valuable.

With the development of leather tanning technology, people can also make suede, cowhide and pigskin for suede processing. As a matter of habit, the natural leather that is processed through suede is also called suede.

With the development of productivity and the improvement of science and technology, people invented artificial processing to produce suede.

Usually, we use suede made of artificial processing to be called suede or suede.


Suede fabric is a special style textile fabric made of special textile materials and special dyeing and finishing technology. It is one of the most popular high-end fabrics in the domestic market.

Suede feels like the natural suede and its surface texture is similar to natural suede. After special finishing, it is fine, smooth, soft and plump, more durable than natural suede, and easier to maintain.

It is widely used in modern fashion, shoes, toys and furniture decoration, is a new decorative material.

Suede is made of new material superfine fiber as the main raw material. After reduction (Mo Mao) process, it has not only soft handle, good drapability, strong stability, no shrinkage or elongation due to washing, and good air permeability, insect protection and corrosion prevention.


There are three kinds of artificial suede making methods: weaving method, knitting method and nonwoven method.

We adopt the first method.


1, design principles


In developing synthetic suede products, the raw material we choose is microfiber filaments, woven into fabrics. After special dyeing and finishing processes, a fine and uniform fuzz is formed on the surface of fabric finished products.

Microfiber has the advantages of fluffy, elegant and soft handle. The ultra-fine fabric has excellent drape and softness and comfortable handle.

There are many types of microfiber, suitable for suede like polyester / polyester island type and polyester / nylon orange flap. Island type fiber is dissolved by dissolving, and orange peel fiber is stripped.

It is reliable to dissolve polyester / polyester island fiber by dissolving and make it become superfine fiber after opening.

Therefore, we use polyester 16.7tex / 36fx371 (Sea Island silk) +7.6tex regular polyester wrapped twisting, and adopt l1.1tex polyester as the raw material for developing suede products.


The island silk is the polyester Island silk of Hui Wei Shi of South Korea. Its single fiber contains 37 islands. After the sea is dissolved, the single fiber is 0.05De.

It has a powdery and soft handle and looks like suede.


2. Production process analysis


There are three links in the success of suede suitcase.


2.1 quality of raw materials and selection of fibrinolytic formula


We choose the polyester Island silk which is provided by Korea Hui Weishi company. In order to ensure the stability of the cloth quality, we need to ensure that the raw material is the first grade product and the same batch number.

The fibrinolytic formula is a special high temperature alkaline water (150 C, pH=13-14 water) formula matched with raw materials.


2.2 weaving process


Before weaving, it is necessary to achieve double twisting or even coating. The selection of vacuum degree and heating and cooling process is very important, otherwise the color will easily appear after dyeing.


2.3 wool dyeing and suede treatment.


Poor grinding effect results in dark and light colors.

The sanding of fabrics is accomplished by cutting and cutting of emery. The number of sand grains is small, the grains of diamond grains are large, the force on fabrics is large during grinding, the length of the worn villi is long, and the strength of fabrics is also decreased. On the contrary, if the size of the sand is too large, it will be more difficult to sanding, and the cost will be increased correspondingly.

According to the grinding mechanism, we have adopted the "first and then light" grinding process for the five sand roller, that is to say, the first sand roller selects the lower count sand belt.

The purpose is to cut the fibers out of the yarn into single fibers as much as possible. After the four sand rollers, the relatively high number of sand belts is selected for the purpose of continuing to cut off the fibers in the yarn, and more importantly, to pull the severed single fibers into the fuzz, so that the fluff can better achieve the "fine, short and uniform" effect.

The tension during dyeing is also very important. Excessive tension will result in hair loss, such as the shape of chicken feet.


Suede processing is mainly suede soft treatment, which directly affects the fabric handle and wearability.


3, conclusion


Because suede is made of sea island type silk fiber, the fabric is processed by fibrinolysis and fiber processing. The fibers are separated from each other to form microfiber, which has a strong suede effect. It is a popular medium and high grade fabric at home and abroad. It has wide market and huge profit return.
