It is reported that the company mainly produces all kinds of knitted garments, knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics and various kinds of polyester threads. The plant's construction and investment is expected to push the company from non self export to self export.

Reporter: can you give a brief introduction to the general situation and progress of the project?

Ming Feng knitted leisure wear production project has 50 mu of land and a total investment of 100 million yuan. At present, it has started construction and is expected to put into operation in March next year.

The dormitory will be built at 3000 square meters.

The workshop is divided into two parts, one is 3000 square meters of steel structure workshop (according to the requirements of machine equipment, 8 meters high), the other is 2100 square meters of 5 storey factory building, a total of 11000 square meters.

Reporter: what kind of consideration is it to build the project?

Shi Nengxin: at present, the company is a non self operated export, and its products are mainly exported to the Middle East, Europe and other countries.

Limited by the scale, the original factory area is small, the production capacity can not be expanded, and some new products can not be put into production. Even if there are surplus orders, they dare not accept it, because the output can not reach it, which is the main reason for the project's investment.

When the new plant is put into operation, the company will also consider direct export.

Reporter: at the moment, the overall economic situation is not very good, especially the foreign trade situation of shoes and clothing is even more uncertain. Don't you think it is risky to expand production capacity at this time?

Shi Nengxin: we are not worried about this. The financial crisis in 2008, but by 2009, the opportunity has emerged.

Although the situation is not good this year, I think the economy will recover next year, so the company should prepare ahead of schedule, otherwise, when the economy is good, there will be no way to compete with others. This is a rainy day.

POY through the previous process, the shell was added to DTY and yarn, and finally woven into cloth to make garments.
