Since the beginning of this year, the traditional printing and dyeing factories which are small in size, scattered in distribution, backward in technology and equipment and obsolete in production mode will be replaced by intensive and standardized green printing and dyeing sharing factories in Shandong province.

Reporters today learned from the Shandong Provincial Commission of letters that Shandong started the construction of the "1+7" Regional Sharing plant system in printing and dyeing industry, and strive to use five years to form an annual printing and dyeing capacity of about 720 thousand tons, basically filling up the Shandong printing and dyeing capacity gap.

However, due to the high consumption of traditional printing and dyeing technology, heavy water consumption and heavy pollution, our province's printing and dyeing industry has been making slow progress in quantity expansion and quality upgrading for many years. Up to 2017, it accounted for only 2.7% of the main business income of the textile and garment industry.

Affected by this, 54.4% of the yarn and 54.7% of the grey cloth in Shandong province can not be printed in the province every year.

Relying on the technology and equipment of digital automatic dyeing of the Kangping NAT group, 1 intelligent green printing and dyeing cloud platforms were built in the province, and 7 distributed intelligent green printing and dyeing sharing factories were set up.

Among them, the 1 cloud platforms rely on the intelligent cloud platform of Kangping Nash construction, including intelligent green printing and dyeing technology, collaborative innovation, creative design, customized trading, remote operation and maintenance, standardization, human resources training, etc., and will realize the province's printing and dyeing production capacity and demand online deployment in the future.

The 7 distributed intelligent green printing and dyeing sharing factories were built in Tai'an, Zibo, Zaozhuang, Weifang, Binzhou, Liaocheng, Xintai and other textile and garment industries. The textile and garment enterprises in the radiation area provide intelligent, green printing and dyeing services, and gradually replace the printing and dyeing factories.

Wang Maoqing, director of the planning and technical pformation Department of the Shandong Provincial Commission for information and communications, said that in December last year, the intelligent green printing and dyeing demonstration plant with a capacity of 20 thousand tons in Tai'an Kangping, jointly supported by the Shandong Provincial Commission of letters and the Shandong Provincial Department of finance, has been put into operation.

The actual operation shows that compared with traditional printing and dyeing, intelligent green dyeing and printing factories can save 80% of per ton of yarn, 70% of water, 45% of electricity and 58% of steam, and 68% of sewage discharge.

The initial plan is to build a shared factory with an annual dyeing capacity of 100 thousand tons in 5 regions, namely, Zibo, Zaozhuang, Weifang, Binzhou and Liaocheng, and Xintai to build a shared factory with an annual printing capacity of 200 thousand tons.
