Taiping Bird Awakened In New York, Proud Of The Chinese Punk Party Of "Taiping Youth"

The Taiping bird model, accompanied by the brisk Ping Pong ball, awakens China's pride in New York. In the interlude, it integrates the Mongolian Kouma, echoing and linking the nation and the world, bringing a new feeling of "China".

On the stage of T, "Taiping youth", all dressed up punks, is in contrast to the show audience holding Sesame Street dolls. This is the "cool cool" amusement park built by PEACEBIRD MEN in New York. As a clothing brand from China, this has found a unique entry point.

PEACEBIRD MEN has landed in New York fashion week for the second time. "Taiping youth" shows a more focused and unified design style than before.

This season Taiping bird and the well-known cartoon "IP" Sesame Street, because of cooperation with the Gucci Trouble Andrew, and Instagram artist REILLY three parties co worked together to launch a joint series. Although the style of the cartoon elements is distinct, but it has a sharp contrast with Punk's shape, it deduces the image of "Taiping youth" which integrates multi-cultural, and also coincides with the theme of "China Japan" Youth Made China this season.

The "national tide" has struck a new spark with the interesting sesame street style. PEACEBIRD MEN has incorporated Oriental elements into the international context.

And Trouble Andrew appeared in graffiti board shoes, chest straps, chain accessories, T-shirt Elmo characters graffiti and so on, in a more subtle way to show the possibility of joint cooperation of brands and artists.

The Taiping bird gave me lots of creative space. The logo of Sesame Street was put in many avant-garde punk elements, a little rebellious, and contrasted with the traditional Sesame Street.

The trend culture has always been the source of his inspiration, and in the hands of Taiping bird, there is a Chinese perspective, according to Xu Ying, director of the design of Taiping bird's menswear.

"The style of Trouble Andrew is quite lovely, and the collision with this punk image is very interesting."

Xu Ying told BoF.

"The breakthrough of this season's joint cooperation is that we really convey a different visual effect to a classic character with two artists."

The image of "Taiping youth", which looks like some cartoons, has brought a brand-new "Chinese feeling" to guests.

When wearing Chinese style robes, rivet skin gloves and "PEACEBIRD MEN" chest metal chain accessories appeared on the "Scholar" press, the Taiping bird really played the "national tide" new pattern, but also provided a new creative perspective for Chinese local fashion in the international arena.
