Recently, Chenjiafang Town, Xinshao County, Hunan Province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of the garment luggage industrial park project. It is reported that the total investment of the first phase project under construction this time is 50 million yuan. It is proposed to build two plants with a total construction area of 12000 square meters. "The completion of the project will further drive the comprehensive and rapid development of the clothing and luggage industry in the town, promote foreign economic and trade exchanges and cooperation in the clothing and luggage industry, and accelerate the process of Chenjiafang Town applying for the construction of a national clothing featured town." In recent years, Xinshao County has vigorously implemented the strategy of building a strong industrial county, and has consistently done a good job in attracting investment, returning Hunan businessmen, and returning home to start businesses. The clothing luggage industrial park project in Chenjiafang Town (clothing characteristic town) under construction this time belongs to the investment attraction project of the county, and is also a key construction project of Xinshao County. Chenjiafang Town is a populous town in the county. With superior geographical location, convenient transportation and rapid economic development, it has been known as the "Central Hunan Garment City" since the 1990s. At that time, clothing brands such as "Love and Friendship", "Sanyao" and "Hongdou" produced by the town occupied a place in the clothing industry both inside and outside the province and even across the country.

In order to revitalize the featured garment industry and revitalize the economic development of the town, Xinshao County plans to build the garment luggage industrial park project into a garment industry cluster integrating R&D, production and e-commerce, and actively apply for the national featured garment town. The town will focus on the construction of the industrial park as the number one priority this year. The construction unit of the industrial park should carefully organize, manage and construct to ensure the smooth construction of the project and its early completion and operation with first-class construction quality, speed and benefits.

The commencement of this project is a vivid reflection of the fruitful results, which will play a huge role in promoting the employment of the town's people at home and driving the economic development of the town.

It is understood that after the completion of the project, the park is expected to accommodate 20 clothing (luggage) and other enterprises, with an annual output value of 500 million yuan, an annual tax increase of more than 20 million yuan, and more than 5000 jobs.
